Alternative Hiphop's Newest Freshman - OnlyLone

Chances are, you have never have heard of Onlylone before. He is an 18 year old from Murrieta, California. When speaking with Onlylone, I asked him what made him choose music, he said, "I’ve always loved music and it was a way to get all my feelings out." That answer is what most artists would say. At the end of the day, most music being made in the alternative hiphop genre has to do with being sad or about a girl.

His first official release "Fall Off" dropped July 9th, alongside a visual hosted by Deep Water Recordings. The song is all about OnlyLone fighting to keep his girl. These love story songs are super easy for the youth to connect with, all these kids think they are finding their soul mates in high school - it ain't lasting. "Fall Off" is super catchy and the beat is easy to vibe along with.

OnlyLone has a future in music for sure, with time and the right development he can make something of himself. He has great style, the kid can dress (just can't push right on his board).
